Natalia has lived in West Hollywood for more than a decade. Originally from Ukraine, Natalia is fluent in 3 languages – English, Russian and Ukrainian. She began her real estate career in New York City as a leasing agent, working alongside of a prominent real estate agent, representing high net worth clientele with their leasing needs in the Big Apple. After working for several years in the leasing field in NYC, Natalia moved to Los Angeles. After the move, she worked in the high-end fashion industry where she has rubbed shoulders with the biggest names in the industry and has made amazing connections in the high fashion and entertainment fields. After she got her real estate license in California, she leveraged these connections to begin a very successful career in the luxury residential LA market. Natalia is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a proud mother of 3 beautiful girls.
One of Natalia’s greatest passions is cutting edge contemporary architecture – she constantly keeps herself current of not only the market conditions affecting this segment, but also the current design and architectural trends. She works closely with some of the biggest names in the architecture and design community and has an expansive database of reliable contacts necessary to take a project from the acquisition phase to planning & development, to disposition. Natalia’s broad client base ranges from families looking for a perfect home to seasoned developers of luxury single-family and multi-family projects, to owners of large real estate portfolio holdings. When Natalia is not busy with real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 kids.
